As part of his 2014-2015 Oklahoma Policy Institute Research Fellowship, Brandon Crawford posted a guest blog for the Oklahoma Policy Institute (available through the link below). In the blog entry, Brandon shares some of his research findings regarding youth formerly in foster care and their risk for experiencing homelessness. Later this semester he will be completing a legislative analysis over a bill currently in the Oklahoma Legislature. The Oklahoma Policy Fellowship Program recognizes and supports top-performing graduate students who are conducting research on public policy issues. Brandon’s research interests include the transition to adulthood by youth formerly in foster care and gender and child maltreatment case outcomes.
